Full Body Fitness Circuit Training Class - 60 Minute Class (Intermediate - Advanced) This class is for those ready to push themselves a little harder for fast results. We start out with a little stretching, jump into some faster HIIT exercises and then we work on our weighted and cardio circuits cycling through 3-4 rotations. Get ready for fast music, fun, sweat & laughter - Bring water and a towel.
Power Yoga 60 Minute Class - WARM Power yoga is typically focused on increasing heart rate and burning calories through a full-body workout and is sometimes referred to as gym yoga. A blend of Vinyasa-style poses. At least half of the asanas (postures) in a power yoga class come from Vinyasa yoga sequences, where you link breath to movement. This class is WARM - The temp is set a little higher during this class.
