What Makes East Cincy Yoga Teacher Training Unique?
Learn to truly teach - Whether or not you go through training to be an instructor or just for yourself, our program isn't about memorizing and reciting sequences. Instead, an emphasis is placed on teaching principles for clearly instructing students bodies into alignment. Also, if you prefer more 1 on 1 training that is more personable, in a small group setting, then this is the training for you. We have a maximum of around 10 students during training in order to maintain that personal and intimate setting.

200 Hr - Reiki 1 Included - FALL 2025

​We are including Reiki 1 Training Certification with this our 2025 program. 

Expect to attend workshops and gain knowledge on Chakras, Ayurveda, Thai Massage, Yoga Anatomy, Mindfulness and more. 
Training dates TBD - We will begin in September so now is the time to let me know if you have particular weekends you have to be off and we will schedule around that!

REQUIREMENTS
  • 20 yoga classes - various styles (included with training fee)
  • 9 Self Lead Classes - Mysore Style
  • Lead a 20 min. class with peers
  • Lead 1 Karma Yoga Class - 1 hour to ECY clients
  • 10 Karma Hours - (volunteer hours) - anything to help another - Volunteering at your Yoga Studio is a great way to maintain connection

Payment Plans
Pay as you go - If a payment plan is a bit easier, a Non Refundable Down Payment of $500 with monthly payments. Please note that if you miss a module you can make it up in the next year in order to receive certification.

FAQ'S

What if I miss a Module during training?
If you miss a module we can either meet online for the day or if that's not possible we can give you the info to help you catch up. If you miss 2 module weekends you will make it up in the next training and graduate then.

How long should I be practicing yoga before beginning training?

This is up to each individual - When you are ready to go deeper you will know. This is not about how far you can stretch your body, it's more like - how far can you open and stretch your mind. We have many students that simply want to take the teacher training to learn more for their own practice instead of becoming instructors. If this is the route you choose then you can decide whether or not you want to do the 20 minute peer flows and hour public class.
