This course is tailored for students who want to learn more about their own body and muscles during their practice as well as for teachers to refresh their knowledge and for teachers who want to attend their first teacher training. Join in this 3 hour session with Tina Topping LMT, as we dive deeper into learning more about the interconnection with muscles, joints and connective tissue and how they are involved in asanas, alignment and mobility. Discover various ways to assess body movements and assisting in creating an optimal body health practice. Learn the integral ways of supporting yourself and your students while learning about the directional movements of the body. We will bridge this complex anatomy and kinesiology with some application to yoga practice and poses.
